It has since evolved into a coordinated effort to make real improvements in people's lives by concentrating on specific programs. Each year, our staff fundraising efforts and corporate giving focus on our local charities of choice. Our Ballarat, Geelong and Western regions contribute significant amounts of money to help make a difference in our local communities. Direct input by our people is essential considering our program involves increasingly than simply raising money and sending it off to a afar organisation. Some of the polity organisations we’ve supported over the last year include: Kids+ Foundation HeadSpace Give Where You Live Foundation Fiona Elsley Cancer Research Foundation Djewarrah Health Youth Services Appeal The Pub Clinic CAFS Christmas Giving Appeal Lake Imaging are moreover heavily involved with local sporting organisations including: Geelong Football Club Geelong Supercats Ballarat Roosters Ballarat Red Devils Local bowling, football and netball clubs In 2013, our corporate responsibility expanded internationally with the establishment of the Tonga Radiology Twinning Project. Each year Lake Imaging staff travel to Tonga to provide training and education to local employees. Similarly, Tonga staff visit our facilities in Australia to proceeds valuable insight. In 2014, we donated the first mammography unit to the nation of Tonga.
